Packages not to exceed limit of what can be carried on and off the Van by passenger in one boarding
Priority services of ONE round trip per day
Travel to more than one destination per day will be on an availability basis only to be determined by the van driver the day of service
The Senior Center offers two Transportation Services

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Call the Center one week or up to two weeks in advance between 8am and 5pm.
Leave a message with your name, phone number and transportation needs.
Your call will be returned and your medical related transportation reservation confirmed.

NO ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Call the same day you need service between 7:45am - 8:30am. and make your "same day" reservation. Our van service will provide
transportation for grocery shopping, hairdresser, movies, shopping, library, or come to the Costa Mesa Senior Center for lunch, classes and socializing.
